Over 30 years of shipping experience is what Ishwar has to offer. From a humble beginning as the operation and documentation clerk in an Indian Ship owners firm, Ishwar moved to Dubai in 1981 to become a shipbroker for three years in a chartering firm. In the same company he also was responsible for the liner agencies and was the representative for two major Marine Lube oil distributors in the region.

He joined APL agents as a sales Representative in 1985. During this time with APL he held several portfolios, including Regional Sales Manager [Middle East/Africa/Pakistan Region]. General Manager APL Emirates and Managing Director APL Dubai. In 2001, after 20 years in the region, and the Managing Director for APL in U.A.E, Ishwar transferred to India. He then returned to Dubai after managing western India for APL.

Beside his experience in the Container trade, Ishwar has been a member of several working committees and the former chairman of the Dubai LWC of Shipping lines operating in the Far East & Middle East trade.

Ishwar is also an avid golfer and plays off a low single figure handicap. He has represented the Nad Al Sheba club in Inter-Club competitions as well as in various other tournaments around the U.A.E. In his younger days he also played competitive Squash and Cricket at club level.

Gautam, a freight transport stalwart with over 3 decades of shipping experience spanning across ship-owning, ship agency, forwarding, logistics and project cargoes. Gautam has been at the helm of some of the renowned companies such as Qatar Navigation, Barwil (Dubai), Inchcape (Abu Dhabi), Swift India (Mumbai) and Shaw Wallace and Co. Ltd. (Mumbai).

A Bombay University graduate and an associate of external programs from IIM-Ahmedabad, Gautam did a specialized course on Shipping Management. He has also successfully completed a Tom Peters course ‘Modern Waves of managing Business in Dubai’.

For the last several years he has been representing WWPC (Worldwide Project Consortium) Dubai chapter and has successfully conducted various project deliveries in this region.

Five years of freight forwarding experience in Dubai with the renowned CSS Group says it all. Ramesh has a strong hold on all aspects of freight forwarding, be it FCL/LCL sea freight or airfreight. He has been involved with Sales in U.A.E all through his career and has handled nomination for all types of clients. His decade of experience scans a variety of freight forwarding positions and his flair for languages, with "at home" capability in diffrent languages, makes him the man for cross-border movements.

Ramesh has gained respect from customers and TCSL partners for his dedication, his knowledge of the trade and eagerness to get things done, and done with SPEED.
 

Aqeel has over 8 years of experience in the shipping industry, working in various departments including imports, documentation, land transport and overall operations. This extensive experience has made him an ideal operations executive for TCSL. Before his shipping experience, he also had some sales experience as well as working in a bank in his native Pakistan.

Aqeel’s patient nature and focus on details is an asset to the operations team , his guidance through his knowledge is of immense importance to the young and new staff at TCSL.
 

After graduating in 2003, Binesh started working in a Chartered Accountants firm as an auditor’s assistant in India. He also has had experience working  in a share trading firm before joining TCSL in 2004. He is an important member of the TCSL team, Binesh brings the power of youth and dedication to the accounts team at TCSL.

Ashique is the new face to the TCSL Team.
His fabulous Interactive Skills and his Challenging Spirits has helped us in meeting the Customer requirements. Furthermore, his experience in the Gulf for 2 years adds on to his abilities as well.

Sandhya is a valuable member of the TCSL team, handling the customer service duties as well as conducting sales support and inside sales duties. Before she started working at TCSL in 2004, she worked as a technical consultant at an IT center in India. Sandhya has a refreshing attitude to learn and the ambition to excel in her work.

Beynazir's experience is in handling the Reception Desk. Her pleasant and cheerful personality compliments the office reception. She also adds value to the Sales & Operations Dept for assisting and coordinating their activities.
